The company of liars, the ones who look down on you
Who do not respect you nor want you to ever be respected
They fear you
Oh seeker of good
Cease running away from your thoughts
Cease running away from yourself
Rectify yourself
Regardless of how many times you may have tried before
No matter act
Face him
Face yourself
The true eternal foe
Face all that it entails
The insecurities
The whispers of the devil
The Shaytan
Your nafs and the evil within
Your deepest secrets
Your greatest mistakes
The empty void in your heart
No more running or deflating or looking for distractions
Or looking for escape
It is time to isolate whilst still facing the world
To remain in the shadows while you rebuild and it is not necassry to be in the light
Do so not matter how difficult it may be
Defeat your vices
Overcome your broken self and the trauma he has faced
Conquer him
You must Persist until finally God willing
Insha' Allah
You will be succesful
You will have conquered yourself and you will now be ready to conquer the world
Most of all your Reformation will have begun.
And your metamorphosis commenced.
