Garden Update 6/14/23 Trump’s Birthday

The Swish Chard is so large that I had to cut it. The photo shows an 8 inch leaf. Today, they are about 10 inches. There was so much with this harvest, I had to collect the leaves in a large bucket ( but not the one used to wash the car). Lol

I use the cut and come again method. I cut the outer leaves, but not the inner leaves. The inner leaves continue to grow and I should be able to cut another bucket full in a couple of weeks.

Tonight, we will have this vegetable steamed with salt n pepa and olive oil. Yummy.
