The Belgian relief ship Remier is loaded with supplies. Troop ferries dock at Hoboken. Sailing orders are examined. Reel 2, troops aboard the liner Leviathan participate in an abandon ship drill. Shows the use of lifeboats, life rafts, and life preservers.
