Russia moves toward recruiting criminals for army

Russia's lower house of parliament is backing to legislation that will allow the Defense Ministry to sign contracts with suspected or convicted criminals to fight in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the road through villages retaken by Ukraine's counteroffensive is littered with bodies of Russian soldiers and hardware. This video contains graphic content. Matthew Larotonda reports.
