Fathers never give up on their children

Malachi 4:6
"He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers."

Fathers keep chasing after wayward children. If have a son or a daughter that's estranged, a good father won't give up on them. He will keep praying to intercede on his child's behalf until they are restored. How much more is Our Father in heaven trying to reconcile all His lost children back to Him?
