Recently, a school in California saw protests from parents after it considered recognising June as Pride Month.The viral footage triggered Twitter conversations - to which Nickmercs replied “they should leave little children alone. That’s the real issue”.This has in turn sparked a huge war of words on the tweeting app, as people from all sides weigh in - with many calling Nick homophobic, claiming his issue is not to do with education policies but more to do with his dislike for pro-LGBT material.
