This is pretty easy to put together. Instructions are accurate and complete. Lots of screws but not difficult. The furniture is sturdy and comfortable.

The four star rating is on the quality of the furniture, not based off the delivery confusion. We ordered the 7 piece set with fire-pit. We only received the Fire-pit , nothing else and it was marked as “Delivered”.
This order was obviously going to be more than one box. As a customer it’s a bit worrisome so see it as “delivered” when only one piece arrived.
Having no way to track the rest, lead us to think it was an incomplete delivery. Because we couldn’t contact the seller, we submitted a return request and ordered another set from another seller.
Only to have the rest of this one arrive over the span of three days. Totally understand, but with the price tag it had us a little freaked out. It should be noted too that there is no pick up option if we had to return.
I’ve been looking for years for outdoor furniture that was more than 4 pieces and wouldn’t cost a ton of money. Finally found this set. Great cost, quality and easy to install.
If you’re looking for a large set this is it. We did have one box damaged in shipping but the customer service responded fast and sent a replacement asap.
I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this set. Plenty of seats for our guests, and the ability to configure the arrangement was easy.
This is the 14 piece set and it's fabulous. I love the quality of the rattan and the cushion material. I felt good knowing of anything was wrong upon arrival the seller will take care of it. Easy to put together just takes time

This was easy to assemble and it looks great on our deck. The material is sturdy and we expect it will last us a long time.
We had some roofing work done right after we bought this and they broke the glass on the coffee table, but, the company agreed to send us a replacement piece of glass!
