Olympic medalist Bowie died from birth complications, autopsy released

World champion sprinter and three-time Olympic medalist Tori Bowie died from complications related to childbirth, an autopsy found. A report NBC News obtained from the Orange County Medical Examiner's Office in Florida said 32 year old Bowie, who died in her home on April 23, had a "well developed fetus." She was estimated to have been eight months pregnant, and there was evidence that she was "undergoing labor" at the time of her death, the medical examiner's report said.
