METHOD:

Ruffles and Ruffles with Curl Every Other Tie

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long and Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long and Curls 10in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Pink Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Green Ruffles cut at 30in plus 5 Pink Curls cut at 10in and 5 Green Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 4 Pink Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in plus 4 Pink Curls cut at 10in and 4 Green Curls cut at 10in

Ribbons Cut -12in
