Ruffle Method

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Red Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Green Ruffles cut at 30in

For Top you will need 4 Red Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Green Ruffles cut at 30in

Ribbons cut- 12in
