Can RFK "Fix" The CIA?

After the Bay of Pigs disaster in 1961, President #Kennedy confided to an advisor that he wanted to "smash the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the four winds."

We all know how that turned out.

Now, #JFK's nephew #RFKJr is running for president as a harsh critic of the CIA. If by some miracle #RFK makes it to the White House, what will he do about the CIA?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says he wants to "restructure" the Agency and take it back to its original mission of intelligence gathering. But is that realistic? Can the CIA actually be fixed?
