Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long and Curls 8in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long and Curls 8in long

For Bottom you will need 5 White Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in plus 5 White Curls cut at 8in and 5 Yellow Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 4 White Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in plus 4 White Curls cut at 8in and 4 Yellow Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
