Putin claims Ukraine losses 'catastrophic'

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that for now he saw no need for a new mobilisation of fighting men to confront the Ukrainian counteroffensive launched last week, but he didn't rule out trying again to take Kyiv. Flora Bradley-Watson reports.
