Battery Voltage Too High [FIXED] (Alternator, Voltage Regulator)

My voltage regulator was causing a parasitic draw on the battery so I put in a new one. Ever since the voltage has been way too high. I put a test light to the voltage regulator with it clipped to the positive battery terminal and the light battery glowed at all. With a jumper wire to a known good ground the light lit right up. The video picks up right after that and seeing the voltage with a good ground. Lesson learned, poor ground causes high voltage with an external voltage regulator. If you need one this is the regulator I am using, from Amazon - https://amzn.to/3xiQ3Vc (affiliate)
