Wedding Bus Crash in Australian Wine Region Leaves 10 Dead and 15 Injured
A tragic bus crash in the Hunter Valley, north of Sydney, has claimed the lives of at least 10 people and left 15 others hospitalized. The passengers, returning from a wedding at a winery, were involved in the accident when their coach overturned near the town of Greta.
The 58-year-old bus driver has been charged with 10 counts of dangerous driving resulting in death and has been denied bail. Authorities are still working to identify the deceased and the crash site remains an active crime scene.
