These fire starter squares are the best value I have tried. I use these to start fires in our wood stove. As with all the other types of fire starters I usually need 2 or 3 to get a fire going.
We use much less kindling and fires start a lot faster with these fire starters.
I use these to light the lump charcoal in my ceramic cooker. They light fast and burn for good amount of time making getting the lump charcoal started easy. They burn clean so you do not have to worry about a chemical smell in your cooker or food.

This is a great product. We have used them to start our wood burner and our charcoal grill. My husband and son absolutely love them. We have purchased them twice now and they will continue to be our go to.
I’ve used these firestarters very successfully in the past in my wood furnace - just toss in some wood, place the square in the middle, light and walk away.
However, with this box my partner had some difficulty. I suspect it’s user error rather than the product, however.
