LIVE: Outside Miami Federal Courthouse Ahead of Donald Trump's Appearance on Federal Charges

Live outside the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, June 13 ahead of Donald Trump’s initial appearance, as the former president faces 37 counts related to the handling of classified documents.

The charges include 'willful retention' of classified records, as well as obstruction of justice and false statements.

The development comes just two months after Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in an unrelated case of alleged hush-money payments during the 2016 election.

Trump has strongly denied any wrongdoing and claims the cases are politically motivated.
