Kundalini research: moving energy as a group

In my research with Kundalini energy, this is an experiment I did with moving the energy as a group. I think it is important that we strengthen our energy flow and support one another in learning more. The big question is: "how do we use it?" I believe we use this life-force energy to meditate and "pray" together for the good of all.
