When Rev. Pat Mahoney went to peacefully pray and protest the Chinese spy balloon in front of the Chinese Embassy, a commanding officer of the Secret Service told him that he wasn’t allowed to be on the public sidewalk. The ACLJ stepped in, fired off a legal demand letter, and shut Biden’s Secret Service down for infringing on free speech rights. Rev. Mahoney just attended another demonstration in front of the Embassy, and the Secret Service was nowhere to be found.
