The second focal plane makes it easy to zoom in and out while maintaining a consistent reticle size. The reticle itself is also very precise and easy to see even in low light conditions.
The turrets adjust easily and have a nice tactile feel to them, making adjustments on the fly a breeze. The overall build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy in my hands.
I also appreciate the included lens covers which make transporting the scope much easier. The scope is also surprisingly lightweight for its size, making it easy to handle and maneuver.
I havent had any issues with fogging or glare even in damp or misty conditions. The customer service from Vortex is also excellent, which gives me further peace of mind in my purchase.
