Salary Range Should Be Told To Candidates Upfront!

We definitely wish that companies would put the salary range on the job ads so a Candidate knows upfront.

Owning a recruitment, search firm, we do discuss the company, position, and compensation upfront before diving into a full conversation.

We do ask where they would need to be or where they would feel comfortable.

If they are not sure, then we will tell them the range to get an idea if they feel that would be in their best interest.
