Is it Anti-Semitic to not Affirm Genders if the Jewish Talmud Says There Are Many Genders? |@RRPSHOW

In the #BabylonianTalmud it is written that there are more than 2 genders. Many Jewish people in history are attached to the #LGBTQ movement, is it possible that a sect of Judaism is trying to promote all things LGBTQ? Is it possible that this idea is no longer a Jewish idea but has become a Western ideology? More important, since gender affirmation is a hard thing for many to accept could someday, given the Talmud stating 6 different genders, not affirming all genders be called anti-Semitic?
