Hebrews 6:6, "Crucify Afresh" — What Does it Mean?
57
Have you ever wondered what Hebrews 6:6 meant? Have you ever scratched your head wondering how a man could crucify Christ for a second time? In this video I present the usage of the Greek verb anastauroō, and then show how this sense fits the passage. Those guilty of this crime are identifying with the ungodly men who rejected Jesus's messiahship, thought he deserved to die as a troublemaker, and agitated for his crucifixion.
