The Denver Nuggets are NBA Champions.  George reflects on the 47 years it has taken for the team to win it all.  He talks about his superstitions for this Finals and the reaction of his youngest son.  Then he talks about what the win means for the city and examines a current Denver School Board member now running for the Colorado state legislature.

Ukraine conflict, China's involvement supplying parts and what if anything the US should do. George welcomes Joshua Sharf of the Independance Institute to discuss these topics.  Next, the conversation covers the indictment of former President Trump. Is this criminal or political?  George and callers discuss the implications of the indictment.

Is the criminal justice system in America broken?  George and callers talk about the implications of former President Donald Trump being charged in the stolen documents case.  Is it a valid prosecution or a political witch hunt?  Have we come to a place when only Republicans can prosecuted Republicans, and vice versa? Does this then mean that there are no constraints on what a President can take from the office after their term ends?

If Hilary Clinton and Joe Biden are not prosecuted does that mean we should not prosecute Doanld Trump?  Does this then mean, in the future we can't prosecute any President or Cabinet member for any alleged criminal action?  George and callers discuss if we really want a no-law free for all.  Are the alleged crimes of Clinton, Biden, and Trump equal?  Why or Why Not?
