Resonator In Between Apt. Wall

Here is evidence of a "Vibradora" Or in English a "Vibrator" aka a Resonator that was Installed in my neighbors side of the wall after the workers who have never been sent before after 20 some odd years of living in this building, were sent in a few days after doing a repair in my apartment that had been left unfinished for over a year and a half.

It was only until after I complained and basically voiced my frustration while on the phone with a friend and began to openly, while sitting outside; mention all these code violations that needed to be addressed maybe even an audit. From whence, not long after, the managers son came out and all the sudden wanted to speak with me privately but I told him from now on all that I do and has to do with me has to be done in open air/publicly. So he nervously engaged in a talk with me outside for all to hear.

This vibration had never been present prior to when these never before seen workers came and installed rather than repair, this apparatus in the wall that separates the 2 units, from which I noted these vibrations began to occur coincidentally in the same area they seemed to have been "working/making a repair on".

And it was for me too much of a coincidence. Especially at the end when having finished up and packing up to leave, the worker came back up stairs knocked on the neighbors door and as he said in spanish "¿Disculpe pero cree que puedo entrar bien rapido? Solo si me permite es que tengo que tomar foto de la *Vibradora* lo mas es todo y ya estuvo."

Which translates to: "Excuse me, but do you think I can get in really fast? I only have to take a picture of the *Vibrator* if you let me, that's all I need, and that'll be it."

When Hearing this at first of course I thought it strange and was even thinking he was making a crude/somewhat vulgar joke. But I noted that just because of the strange reference he made which to me at that time didnt have any correlation to anything I thought he had been there to supposedly do which was to make a repair on their side of the wall. But soon after it became quite clear and apparent to me what he meant and why i felt he said it in a joking manner which indeed he did but because they both(my neighbor & the worker) already knew what he was referring to(obviously) but its because it was there to be a nuisance to me and apparently its a funny thing for them.

Pretty sick and childish if you ask me but its not funny when u soon start to be awakened by these vibrations and as with here on this video the noise that it can and does at times produce which on this day made me get up to see what this strange unfamiliar sound was that was coming from inside my house and made me pretty nervous initially.
Another issue ive also experienced is that when they (my neighbors) turn that crap on i can feel it in my apartment of course. But the issue really is that when it turns off my entire body when im still and not in motion feels as if though its vibrating from within and i noticed that it seems to induce this type of sluggish tired brain foggy and sludgy nervous/anxious feeling that I know isnt being naturally brought on by my body's natural process its like its being forced to respond in this manner and typically ruins my mood and my day. Even when leaving my apartment, hours after I will at times still be able to feel my entire body vibrating.

Its only with the Grace of God that truthfully I feel, protects me many times from this as ive come to realize that when in prayer and communing with God that these same effects wont occur at all even after an entires day worth of exposure.
However when Im days in without praying fasting or with God in mind. I have to admit and say that i noticed thats when it seems to take affect and work my body the way it does. After many days and testing this theory numerous times I can confidently say that this is not in my head or me theorizing anymore and past well beyond just a mere coincidence. I say this because I found it to be true and therefore I have to give the Due Praise and Thanks for The Fathers Grace and His Armor that Protects Me, For His Works after having asked for Help and Protection, Have in Fact been Recognized and so I must give Him the Honor for all I Am Worth even when doing His works against evil, is minuscule compared to what He's Worth and Worthy Of, for All It's Worth, He's Worth It and Worthy Of It All.
