The Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap is a great investment for anyone wanting to track their heart rate during workouts. While the sizing can be a bit off, I found that the small size worked best for my 32" chest.
The strap needs to be quite snug for accurate readings, so keep that in mind when selecting a size. Although email support is the only option available, I found that Polars support team was helpful and responsive.
The strap works well with my Garmin Fenix 6, and pairs easily with the Polar Beat app for tracking fitness activities.
One thing to note is that there is a discrepancy between what the Polar Beat and Garmin apps report in terms of speed, distance, calories burned, etc.
