1. As a long-time user of Polar products, I was excited to try out the Vantage M as a wrist-based heart rate monitor. 2.

3. Initially, the watch showed a lower heart rate than the chest strap, which was concerning. 4. However, tightening the wristband helped to bring the heart rate measurement in line with the chest strap.
