Stop Biting Your Finger Nails With Strong Will By Nail Quail

One of my goals is to stop biting my finger nails. I remember seeing my 4th grade teacher bite his finger nails and that is the earliest I remember biting them and have done so since that time. I have tried Orly and No Bite with some success in the past but saw this pen style and thought I would give it a try.
