The Right to Carry in Florida: Carry License Vs. Constitutional Carry

Florida's "Constitutional Carry" better described as "Permitless Carry" law, goes into effect on July 1, 2023. This has left many Floridians wondering if they should still get a concealed weapons or concealed firearms license (CWFL) or maintain a CWFL after permitless carry goes into effect. In this video, we discuss why we believe anyone residing in Florida who wishes to carry a concealed weapon or concealed firearm should get a CWFL or maintain it if they already have one.
