Hoode Blackout Tattoo. The Final Reveal in Part 2!

In this video, I show my trip to Philadelphia to visit the black vulture gallery. A tattoo shop that is known for its blackwork. Hoode is a tattoo artist recognized as one of the best blackout tattoo artists in the world. This is the second round of working on my left arm with him. We go from the lower part of my bicep up over my shoulder. Yes, this one did hurt. Philly was a great place. I enjoyed it.
