Small Halloween Wreath ! Dollar Tree Halloween DIY ~ Snowball Mesh Using the Curl Method

Hello Everyone, Happy Saturday! I have a Dollar Tree Halloween DIY for you. In today's crafting adventure I have a small Halloween wreath. This is a small wreath made on the 8 inch wreath form from Dollar Tree. The base of the wreath is made using the snowball mesh from Dollar Tree using the curl method. I do love this new mesh, it has the feel of tulle but is covered in fake snow. It is easy to work with and does not fray. Let me show you how to make this small Halloween wreath using Dollar Tree items.
