Don't Understand?

Our human understanding is not enough. It is full of the deceptors of assumptions, speculations, rationalizations, feelings and opinions not based on the reality of truth, but on what we “think we know”! God knows everything, from knowledge, to experience, to feelings, to motives, to secreted things. God knows it all. If you need understanding, He is the one to go to first. Our ways are not His ways, that is for sure and there are times we can’t even begin to wrap our mind around the things that are occurring in our corrupted cultures. There is just no understanding of it all. Why would God do that? Why would God allow that? There is no understanding of it. When we run off doing our own thing because we can’t understand what God is doing, this is when human mess happens. What we see, feel, hear can be interpreted so wrong when all we have is a worldly viewpoint. God’ understanding is so needed, we should seek after it. God’s understanding is a beautiful thing, it brings us the gift of faith activated by Himself. We need to begin to acknowledge that God is in all of our ways, that He is doing something in the unseen and we don’t have to know the endgame because we know God is faithful, God is for us, God is an amazing finisher, Who finishes well. God is a winner! This is why we can trust God to lead us and navigate us through times such as these, from moment to choice. Faith says we don’t need to know the outcome, we can trust step by step because God is good and He hasn’t changed. God finishes well.

Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all, for wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong. Then you will find the healing refreshment your body and spirit long for. Proverbs 3:5-8
