339 – Ally Rodriguez – Veterans Service Officer

Abington Veterans Service Officer, Adam Gunn connected me to Foxborough, MA Veterans Service Officer Ally Rodriguez. I learned a lot and would encourage spouses of Veterans to listen and watch this conversation.
Ally served in the Army and being an Army wife at the time of her transition gave her perspective about the challenges spouses face providing care to Veterans. As a result of navigating the VA systems as a spouse, found an opportunity to become a Veterans Service Officer.
Serving Veterans is a purpose with Ally, not just a paycheck. She believes that we as Veterans can be our best advocate if we educate ourselves about how these systems work.
