Good evening, I have a beautiful and unique Dollar Tree St. Patrick's Day Clover Wreath tutorial for you. I tried this new technique last month with a Valentine's Day heart wreath and was so pleased I thought to give it a try for a St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Wreath and I am so glad I did. All of the materials to make this wreath came from Dollar Tree making it budget friendly. Even with the recent spike in prices at Dollar Tree this wreath can be made for less than $22.00! Let me share with you how I created this beautiful St. Patrick's Day Clover wreath.
