Good evening! I must have spring fever! In today's crafting adventure I have a beautiful small Spring wreath tutorial. I found this gorgeous metal garden stake with the VW bug and knew I just had to use it on a Spring wreath. I went for it with color and texture with this cheery wreath. Most of the materials came from Dollar Tree making this spring craft budget friendly. Let me share with you how I created this stunning Welcome Friends Small Spring wreath!
