Volvo Estate Project Part 4 - Big Reveal at the 2022 NEC Classic Motor Show

In part 4 we are at the NEC Classic Motor Show, getting the car on the stand and revealing the full look of the car.

Things we did in 4 days:
✅ Fixed the exhaust
✅ Two new tyres on the front
✅ 15mm spacers on the rear
✅ Painted all brake callipers red
✅ Painted front and rear bumpers
✅ Painted a lot of scratches and the side mouldings
✅ Remove and refit front arch liners, clean down inside
✅ New indicators both sides
✅ New black side repeaters
✅ All new bulbs at the front of the car
✅ Black furry seat covers
✅ Lowered the front a little more
✅ Settled on a final design at 1.30am last Monday morning

✅ Found a sticker company who could squeeze the car in
(Signs Central)
✅ Got the car all stickered up by Wednesday night
✅ Bought a surfboard from FB marketplace
✅ Custom painted and then stickered up surfboard
✅ Had the windows tinted at 10am Thursday morning
✅ Drove the car to the show at 4pm Thursday afternoon
And the things we didn’t do, but wanted to:
❌ Order the correct clips to refit the arch liners and mud flaps.
Oops, too late. Gutted the wrong ones arrived!
❌ Fix the noisy wheel bearing
❌ Change the oil and filter (good intentions, ran outta time)
❌ Repair the holy wheel arches
(That’s why the good lord made Gorilla tape)
❌ Refurbish the alloy wheels
❌ Raise the rear suspension a little bit
❌ Affix a Rams skull to the bonnet
(turned up to collect from marketplace, seller was asleep)
