I have had several requests to do a tutorial using the new egg wreath form from Dollar Tree. In creating this wreath I used one of my best methods for using Dollar Tree deco mesh. I designed this method to deliver a beautiful base and a no fray wreath! Yes Dollar Tree deco mesh using a cut method with no fraying!
