Dollar Tree Hanging Cutting Board Makeover || Napkin Decoupage [ Just 1 Easy DIY ]

I took one of the Dollar Tree cutting board hangers and a Hobby Lobby napkin to make a really simple piece of Fall decor. I started to not be able with how it was tiring out, but just a couple little changes and I ended up thinking it looked really pretty. I hope you enjoy!
