Dollar Tree just got in their Halloween signs for this season and had so many to choose from. Their are two Halloween signs with the same color tones so either one will work for this wreath. All the materials to make this Halloween craft came from Dollar Tree making it very budget friendly. Let me show you how to make the witch is in Halloween wreath DIY.
