This beautiful and easy method can be used with Dollar Tree deco mesh and give you a nice base with no fraying! I know many of you love my no fray folded ruffle method, now you have another great method to add to your arsenal when using with Dollar Tree deco mesh. I will also be showing you how to make the center of the flower as well as how to finish off the back of your wreath in this step by step tutorial.
