We were there to be heard. I sent 32 emails to MPs and MPPs. Not one of them did anything for me. I followed how things are supposed to go. You first go and complain. You try again. When CBSA sent me an email that pretty much said, “Suck it up buttercup, this is the way it is going to go. Oh. and you are about to lose your job and don’t worry about it. What did you want me to do? Sit down. Lie down. Lose everything. Over a mandate?”
