True Grit Movie Homestead Filming Location John Wayne Opening & Closing Scene Ridgway Colorado

I've also been to the meadow where the famous shootout takes place but I don't have the footage of that to add to this video but it's neat to be out there and know they made the movie there. The town of Ridgway has a self guided walking tour you can take as well because they filmed stuff there such as the courthouse scenes 😃
