Toxic Masculinity does not exist.. Men who have these traits are not masculine, they are weak. Men are supposed to be strong and masculine, not overly effeminate. Men should be stoic and learn to control their emotions. I have been a weak man almost my entire life, and trust me guys, it does nothing but bad things to your mental health.
