I recently purchased the Simmons Truplex .22 Mag 4x32 Riflescope and it has exceeded my expectations. This scope is a great upgrade from open sights and has clear glass and good dials.
Setting the scope up on my rifle was a breeze and the included rings are rigid and work well. One thing to remember is to set your eye relief correctly to get the best accuracy.
I have put this scope on both my Marlin bolt action 22 mag and pellet gun and have had no issues with accuracy or sighting it in. Even after five years of use on my Model 10/22 varmint-target rifle, I have only had to sight it in a couple times.
The clarity and brightness of the optics are nearly as good as my more expensive Nikon scopes. While this scope is Chinese made, it provides great value for the price.
I wouldnt recommend using this scope on a higher powered rifle, as the reticle may not be able to handle the shock. I was so impressed with this scope that I purchased another one for my brother-in-laws Model 10/22.
For the price, this scope is a no-brainer if youre considering buying a varmint scope.
