Who Wrote Proverbs 30?

The words of Agur son of Jakeh. The oracle. The man declares, I am weary, O God; I am weary, O God, and worn out.
Proverbs 30:1 ESV

Nobody knows for sure who Agur was. Some believe it's another name for King Solomon or that his father, Jakeh, was Solomon. However, this chapter is very different from the rest of Proverbs, and there are some clues in the text that might point to someone else.
