It's brownie time. Juicy and soft for the Friday morning coffee shop. 😋

1 egg
100 g of rice flour (and 80 will do)
200 g boiled sweet potato
200 g canned red beans (drained and washed)
80 g erythritol (maybe less, to taste)
80 g tahini of choice. Mine is hazelnut
6 tbsp. cocoa
200 ml nut milk
1 tsp baking powder
A few drops of lemon juice
S. salt
Optional topping - calorie-free zero syrup

Everything is mixed in the blender, poured into a form lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 160C oven with a fan for 25 minutes.
