Chronic busyness can be a coping mechanism - a trauma response. If you stay busy enough, you won’t have to deal with uncomfortable feelings or thoughts. Learn to be comfortable with doing nothing, even if you have to start with 3 simple breaths. Feel those feelings. Have those thoughts. What we resist, persists.
