Introducing Nubjitsu by Rustin Hughes!

I met Rustin Hughes last week and his views on his disability are very inspiring.

A few years back, he became an Above-the-Knee amputee and instead of letting it stop him, him and his coach have developed a new way of rolling: Nubjitsu.

And Yes, he had an incredible sense of humour!!!

I had the pleasure to train with him yesterday at Trials Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness and to record a podcast as well.
