The Best in the West Beard Festival with Chris Battenberg

The Best in the West charity beard and mustache contest is not just about showcasing impressive facial hair; it's also about giving back to the community. The Altruistic American will raise awareness of mental health issues through educational events, community initiatives, programs targeted at vulnerable people experiencing the common symptoms of loneliness and isolation, interactive forums, and public awareness campaigns that will highlight the social stigma, prejudice, marginalization, and discrimination experienced by those dealing with ill mental health.
