The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Jan Francey from Ontario. When she was an infant, she developed encephalitis and nearly died from it. For this reason, she has avoided the flu shot all her life. She was hesitant, but Jan lives in a tiny apartment and needs the vaccine passport to travel. Since she took that vaccine, she has never been the same.
